Hey-oh!
Okay so our second night of showing the Jesus film got rained out... Boo hey! But in the same way it was alright because we got to meet the church people and a bunch of people from the community and we are going back there Saturday night so I am excited. We have showed the Jesus film for kids 12 times in the last couple of days in local schools so other than the lack of sleep it was awesome! We woke up this morning to an absolutely beautiful day with a gorgeous blue sky, so we´re praying the rain stays off till at least 11 o clock tonight. Tonight we´re showing in the community we´re staying in so I´m excited to get out and invite the people we´ve been seeing, or have been seeing us every day. Also, 2 of the students I´ve been discipling over the last month are among a group of 6 students that are coming to join us on the film tonight so it´ll be awesome to see them sharing their faith with others. All in all its going to be awesome! Thanks so much for all your prayers, the best things you can do is pray, and pray it doesnt rain!

Prayer Calendar 2009!
I'll update this as we go but for now here's some prayer requests over the next couple of months!
April
Please pray that this would be a month of equipping and refining for the students as we continue to evangelize and have a training summit. That they would passionately share their faith and be trained to reach and change their faculties and campuses.
May
CANADIAN PROJECT! Please pray that the team of Canadian students and staff arrive safely and dramatically change the campuses in Panama City, Santiago and David. I’ll keep you updated closer to the date!
June
Please pray as my team prepares to leave Panama. That the students here would not waver in their faith and that the movement would only grow and not diminish with our departure. And that we would transition back to life in Canada.

i know we'll be emailing later (or...we're supposed to be, anyway), but just wanted to say here that reading your posts brought back a bunch of memories... including one where someone cool took the initiative to talk to her team leader about being a leader. dunno if much changed because of that, but it was definitely much appreciated. :)
anyway...catch ya later :) i have to figure out my courses for next year. :P
